Third Place, Nature, South West Coast Path Photographer of the Year

The South West Coast Path goes through the Valley of the Rocks by Lynton. It is an area characterised by the rocks, cliffs, grassland and the feral goats. This photo was taken in April last year of one of the young goat kids balanced in the rocks at the top of the cliffs. From where it stands it can view along the Devon coast with the sea behind, and it looks as though it is contemplating the amazing view or trying to work out where to jump to next as they navigate up and down seemingly vertical rock faces!
