Important update to our EU customers

JULY 2026 - Orders under €150 were previously exempt from Customs duties but as of 1st July 2026, the EU has introduced a new Customs fee of €3 per product line on all deliveries from outside of the EU. We are working with our delivery partners to resolve this issue so that your customer experience is not impacted but due to the short notice given by the EU, many delivery companies are yet to implement a solution.

You may be asked to pay this new customs fee to your local postal service before they will deliver your items. 

AUG 2025 - As the UK is no longer part of the European Union, we now have to abide by EU VAT Legislation and collect a sales tax at your local rate when shipping our products into EU Countries. 

Customers will see the UK price of each item, when you proceed to the checkout - sales tax (VAT) will be calculated at your local rate dependent on the product type (i.e. Books, Maps, Gifts) and the shipping location selected.
