Why Support Us?
Purchasing a ticket and joining us on the walk will help care for the Coast Path which provides health-giving happiness to over 9 million people every year and is a vital space for people to connect with nature. It costs £1500 per mile, per year to maintain the Trail, with over 30,000 steps, 4500 signs, 1100 gates and 630 miles of path surface there is a lot to keep maintained every year. The Association also works with its partners to improve equity of access to the Path and connects local communities to the health and wellbeing benefits of using the Trail through its Coast Path Connectors project.
Walk Information
Join us on our walk in the South Cornwall Section on Saturday 22nd June 2024 . All the walks are accessible by train or bus/public transport, giving people a chance to take to the Path to raise awareness, as well as funds, to help secure the future of this incredible Trail.
Walk Details:
Looe to Polperro
Start: 10:10 from Looe
Finish approx: 14:30 (inc. 30 min lunch stop) at Polperro
Mileage and Gradient: 5.7 miles - Moderate
Transport: GWR Looe Valley Line from Liskeard to Looe.
Bus 73 or 73a from Crumplehorn for return journey.
